DELAYS

If Ellenet Online Stores is prevented from delivering the goods because of any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial dispute, government legislation or intervention, fire, flood, transport delays or any other cause beyond its control then it shall be entitled at its option to either extend the time for delivery until a reasonable period after such cause has ceased or to terminate the sale and in neither case shall the purchaser have any claim for loss or damage against Ellenet Online Store.

FREIGHT

All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Ellenet Online Store will accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods lost or damaged in transit. If insurance is required we suggest you contact your insurance company to ensure your goods are adequately covered, or take up the optional insurance offered by.

• The above freight pricing structure is for standard road freight service, and can take a few days.
• For Sydney orders we will endeavor to provide a within 2 days service for orders before 11am , however this is not guaranteed.

  RETURNS POLICY:

  All products supplied, are shipped through a predetermined courier service, and if they are found to be DOA (Dead on Arrival) we will replace them, at no cost to the customer, however the customer will pay the new shipping fees. If a product has been found to become faulty, then it must be returned to the manufacturer (at the customers expense) and subject to warranty replacement or repair, in which case Ellenet is not responsible for servicing that or those products in question.
  
  If a customer buys an item and wishes to replace it, it is up to Ellenet Online Stores discretion in regards to a refund or replacement, AS ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
